The Arkansas Educational Television Network seeks a Senior Director and Chief Content Officer who will lead the development, creation, and marketing of all content projects at a consistently evolving, community-centric public media organization. This leader is a member of the CEO/ Executive Director's Senior Leadership Team, and is responsible for ensuring that AETN has the content needed to make the network a strong, viable, and relevant content distribution service.

Reporting to the Associate Vice President of University Relations, the General Manager provides leadership and oversees comprehensive functions for WVTF public radio, providing direction for developing its programming and its talents. The General Manager works in close collaboration with the community, economic development entities, colleges, programs, and faculty members to encourage, coordinate and manage the identification, funding, and delivery of programs and activities.
WFAE has an exceptional opportunity for a mission–minded and innovative membership manager. This position will oversee the creation and execution of various WFAE membership initiatives, including, but not limited to scheduling and production of quarterly on-air fundraising campaigns; analysis of fundraising initiatives; member research; member/audience services; ordering and distribution of fundraising premiums; assistance with direct mail, email fundraising and telemarketing efforts; off-air fundraising initiatives and more.
The ideal candidate will have experience working at a large membership organization. Knowledge of public media, as well as experience with on-air fundraising and database experience preferred.
