WGTE seeks their next President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This position will serve as the organization’s chief strategist and ambassador, responsible for advancing WGTE’s mission across television, radio, digital, and educational services. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO sets a clear vision for how WGTE will serve northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan with high-quality educational, cultural, and informational content, while navigating a rapidly changing media landscape. This leader shapes long-term strategy, builds an effective and inclusive organizational culture, and ensures the people, structure, and systems are in place to deliver strong results and meaningful public service.
